Now all you have to do is to follow these easy steps we’ve provided and you’re ready to go on shopping! Enjoy…

First, you must log-in to our website and to do that kindly go over the My Account menu you see on top of the page.

Sign up for a new account and presto! You can browse all you want and shop for our products by adding your choice to your own cart. Isn’t that so simple!

Otherwise if you are a returning customer just simply log-in and you may start as well.

Once you’re through shopping, fill up the shopping forms you will see as you go on. These forms will provide us more of your identity including your email address so we confirm your order.

After completing the form just submit it and we’ll take from there. We will email you for more information regarding the payment of the products you have ordered.

With the email that you’ll receive, the confirmation of your order will be provided . After we completely confirm your order we will email or send you a request payment using PAYPAL. After we confirmed your payment we will process your order immediately. Your orders will be shipped immediately, except for Bamboocrafts, a minimum of 4 days will be given depending on the availability of the products.

Shipping time in Metro Manila is within 24 hours while other parts of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao takes 24-48 hours. We ship via LBC. Feel free to contact us if you need more details.

Please take note that all handling fees like the shipping cost are not yet included on the price list of the products.

Rest assured that our main concern is the security and the time delivery of the packages. These packages are sure to have the safety upon its delivery for we are using UPS on our freight. So there’s no need to worry, your orders will be right on your doorsteps immediately.
