 Return Policy

The Return Policy to be exercise to all merchandise being sold in Shoppemates.com is subjected to the sellers’ prerogative.

 You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a refund, but items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is mainly a result of our error.

If you find a product you’ve bought is subjected to a return policy depending on the sellers’ prerogative, just email us with your issue at inquiry@shoppemates.com and we will contact you and discuss things as they precede.
